We are seeking experienced Servers who are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience, have a meticulous eye for detail, and understand the high standards that come with luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service to guests, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• Offer detailed menu knowledge, including daily specials, wine and sake pairings, and recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately take orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining area.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Attend to guest needs with a proactive and personalized approach.
• Handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency, ensuring all guest needs are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years as a server in an upscale or full service environment.
• Wine & Spirits Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine, sake, and cocktail service.
• Personality: Polished, professional, and personable. A passion for hospitality and guest experience is essential.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to interact with high-profile clientele.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in presentation, from table settings to personal appearance.
• Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
