What You'll Do

As our Regional Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our before/after-school and camp programs, ensuring they're safe, enriching, and inspiring. You'll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.
• Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators.
• Regularly visit sites to assess quality and support staff.
• Lead data collection efforts (e.g., attendance, behavior, surveys).
• Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners.
• Manage budgets with precision and transparency.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who's committed to the Y's mission and thrives in diverse, community-centered environments.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in underserved communities.
• Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
