Provides data analysis and interpretation of data results in support of the Operations team through development of reporting tools and acquiring data through existing systems and tools. Creates, standardizes, validates, and documents data and data reporting.
Develop and implement data collection systems, databases, data analytics and other strategies that optimize operations efficiency and quality
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, databases, while optimizing efficiency and quality
Works with departmental managers to outline specific data needs for projects and reporting
Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability
Translate manufacturing data into information.
Employ root cause analysis and troubleshooting to data reports and system tools
Other related duties as required
What you need-
Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree - required
1-2 years work experience as a data analyst or equivalent
Strong computer skills including standard Microsoft applications
Basic experience interfacing with server-based database systems
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and provide data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of the processes and data entry related to standard functions in a manufacturing company
Education or experience in statistics or business analytics
Related experience in FDA-/ISO-controlled environment
$77,700.00 - $168,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
