Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage all incoming sales inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE). Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs). Conduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS. Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings. Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot. Nurture cold leads who aren't ready to buy yetadd them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing. Monitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries. Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.
