* *Potential Conversion Salary:* $115,000 – $155,000 base
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced *Senior Project Manager with strong Shopify Plus e-commerce experience* to support and drive delivery across complex Shopify Plus initiatives. This role will work closely with *two existing delivery teams and their PMs*, coordinating efforts and ensuring alignment across timelines, dependencies, and execution.
This is a *hands-on Senior PM role*, not a people-leadership position. The focus is on execution, coordination, and delivery.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage day-to-day execution of *Shopify Plus e-commerce projects*
* Coordinate closely with *two parallel delivery teams*, each with their own PMs
* Act as a central point of alignment across vendors, developers, and business stakeholders
* Maintain and manage *Jira boards*, sprint planning, dependencies, and delivery milestones
* Track risks, issues, and blockers; drive resolution and escalation as needed
* Support budget tracking, timelines, and delivery forecasts
* Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders
* Assist with launch readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization
*Required Qualifications*
* *6+ years of Project Management experience*, preferably in digital or e-commerce environments
* *Direct experience managing Shopify Plus implementations or major enhancements*
* Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery and *Jira*
* Experience coordinating *multiple teams and external vendors*
* Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals (checkout, payments, integrations, apps)
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Based in *South Florida* (not required)
* Experience working in contract or consulting environments
* Familiarity with headless or custom Shopify architectures
* PMP, Agile, or Shopify certifications
