We are seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our team that is a highly experienced electrician with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, responsible for overseeing all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety codes, troubleshooting complex issues, training other electricians, and managing electrical projects, often leading a team on construction sites while coordinating with other tradespeople . You must hold a state-issued master electrician license and be qualified to perform the most intricate electrical work across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
This would be a salary position ranging from $60,000-$90,000.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute electrical projects on construction sites.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
* Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete renovations and new installations effectively.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Master Electrician license
* Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
* Strong understanding of NEC regulations and electrical systems
* Experience with low and high voltage systems
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and industrial/commercial electrical work
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics for construction and renovation projects
