Inside Sales Representative
The primary objective of our Inside Sales Representative is to promote and sell CCC products and services to both prospective and existing customers within a designated territory. The Inside Sales Representative works on a team with other Inside Sales Representatives and in tandem with a Regional Business Manager to either sell CCC products and services over the phone, or to generate leads for the Regional Business Manager to follow up on. The position may also require the ability to work on specialized side-projects and assignments that are moderately complex in nature requiring judgment and initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations for resolution. CCC provides our Inside Sales Representatives with a fun and competitive sales environment offering a competitive base salary and the ability to earn commission. Our Inside Sales Representatives are professional B2B sales people catering our offerings over the phone in a consultative manner. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and build a pipeline via outbound calling, inbound calls, email communications and other direct marketing methods Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport and communicating value in a consultative manner Qualify sales leads, allocate as appropriate with Regional Business Managers Consistently log and record every outreach attempt made, in Salesforce Maintains and ensures accuracy of account information held in Salesforce Champion marketing initiatives and work thoughtfully towards accomplishing corporate objectives Responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets in terms of both revenue and units Provides world-class customer service and shares accountability for collections with the Collections/Customer Care team. Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track-record of success Ability to quickly grasp concepts in a fast-paced sales environment Must be adaptable, coachable, professional, motivated, and courteous Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting a must Knowledge of supply chain: OE Dealers; aftermarket suppliers, on-hand suppliers preferred Ability to work normal business hours in the territory assigned is required Understanding of sales cycle with ability to close smaller deals Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Salesforce a big plus Self-starter with great follow-through and capable of multi-tasking Motivated and driven to win and succeed About CCC's Commitment to Employees:
