Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective communication. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate sales. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals. Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Performance Metrics
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved. Customer retention and satisfaction rates. Number of new accounts generated. Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
