At Cliengo, we help thousands of companies in Latin America sell more using chat and WhatsApp, but we want to reach many more people. The person who occupies the position of SDR (Sales Development Representative) must have a combination of skills in marketing and sales. This role will be focused on lead generation and the facilitation of sales meetings, through the management of chats, social networks, and emails. The position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. If you like development with modern technologies and teamwork, this position may be for you! Responsibilities
Management of Interactions: Respond efficiently and professionally to chats, social media messages, and emails from potential clients. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, and coordinate meetings for the sales team. Message Writing: Write clear, concise, and attractive communications to interact with prospects and clients. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Use of AI: Utilize artificial intelligence tools for writing and content generation. HubSpot: Manage and update the CRM in HubSpot to ensure the correct administration of leads and sales opportunities. Marketing Notions: Apply basic marketing knowledge to improve lead capture and nurturing strategies. Requirements
Correct Writing: Excellent writing and communication skills. Marketing Notions: Basic knowledge of marketing and lead capture strategies. AI Tools: Experience in using artificial intelligence tools for written content generation. HubSpot: (desirable) Experience in using HubSpot for lead management and CRM. Result Orientation: Strong organizational skills and result orientation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
