任职要求:
1. 商业、市场营销、建筑管理或相关专业本科及以上学历
年 B2B 销售经验,具备建材、建筑或室内装饰相关行业背景
3. 3-5 年直接管理多城市外勤销售团队的领导经验
4. 有向承包商、经销商、建筑师和设计师成功销售的成熟记录
5. 深刻了解南加州设计、建筑及地产开发市场
6. 熟练掌握英文和中文普通话(必需)

薪酬与福利:
基本薪资:$110,000 - $160,000(视经验而定)

Regional Sales Manager - Interior Finish Materials
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Southern California sales organization. You'll oversee a team of high-performing representatives driving revenue across designers, builders, contractors, and distributors in one of the country's most competitive markets for luxury interior finish materials.This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership position — ideal for someone who thrives on building teams, scaling regional market share, and turning opportunity into measurable growth. You'll champion premium product lines including lighting, kitchen & bath, flooring, cabinetry, windows/doors, and architectural materials, positioning them as the go-to solutions for design and construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional field-sales team across multiple Southern California markets.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales professionals to achieve consistent quota performance.
Establish KPIs, manage accountability, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results.
Develop and execute regional strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Expand new business pipelines while deepening relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to capture emerging opportunities.
Align regional plans with company initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Spend 30-40% of time in the field conducting joint client visits and real-time sales coaching.
- Guide reps through complex negotiations, project bidding, and solution selling.
- Personally manage high-value accounts and strategic partnerships with distributors and design firms.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (required).
years of B2B sales experience in building materials, construction, or interior finishes.
3. 3-5 years of direct leadership experience managing multi-city field sales teams.
4. Proven success selling to contractors, distributors, architects, and designers.
5. Deep understanding of Southern California's design, construction, and development markets.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
Preferred
Experience across multiple product categories (lighting, flooring, cabinetry, doors/windows).
Established network of design, construction, or distributor relationships in Southern California.
Background in luxury or high-end product segments.
Prior P&L or general-management responsibility.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
Total Earnings (OTE): $175,000 - $300,000 + with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Incentives: Product-launch bonuses, market-expansion rewards, Presidents Club recognition.
Equity Opportunity: Potential stock or profit participation for senior performers.
