Position Overview

We are seeking a 
skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist
 to join our growing team on a 
part-time or full-time basis
. The ideal candidate values individualized patient care, thrives in a close-knit team environment, and wants to practice at the 
top of their license
—without high-volume burnout.

You'll work with a focused patient population, design customized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships that support long-term outcomes and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer appropriately
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture and uphold clinic excellence

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong manual therapy skills and evidence-based clinical approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care

What We Offer

• Highly competitive compensation – flexible structure
• Part-Time: 
  $45–55+/hour
   or 
  up to $55 per patient
• Full-Time: 
  $85,000–$108,000+ annually

  bonus opportunities
