Server Assistant/Mesero de Apoyo

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glasses for new guests
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and bar areas, including floors and surfaces
• Stock service areas with supplies such as linens, silverware, and glasses
• Support dishwasher staff by scraping dishes and utensils before washing
• Help with opening and closing tasks as well as other cleaning duties
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for cleaning and setting tables accurately
• Good physical condition to stand and move for long periods and carry heavy trays or items
• Teamwork skills to collaborate with servers and kitchen staff
• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $10.98 per hour plus share of tips

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
