Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, understands proper surface preparation, and can deliver clean, professional results in residential and light commercial spaces.

Duties

• Prepare interior surfaces for painting (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
• Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and adjacent surfaces
• Match colors and finishes accurately
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow safety procedures and proper material handling
• Communicate progress and issues with project leads or homeowners
• Meet project timelines while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Professional, respectful attitude in occupied homes
• High School Diploma

Preferred (but not required)

• Interior Painting Experience
• College Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
