Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Apply color theory principles to create stunning nail designs tailored to each client's preferences
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment
• Offer personalized recommendations on nail care products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction
• Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering when qualified
• Engage clients with excellent communication skills to understand their needs and upsell retail products effectively
• Keep detailed records of services provided and follow safety protocols at all times

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
• Knowledge of cosmetology practices including nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and current trends in nail fashion
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and retail math to maximize product recommendations and sales opportunities
• Skills in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments are highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to stay current on industry trends related to color theory, nail art innovations, and new beauty treatments
• Certification in cosmetology or related fields is required; ongoing training in advanced techniques is a plus
