What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide direction, oversight, and support on complex, cross-functional projects to ensure consistency and integration across business units
• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable roadmaps
• Partner with business leaders to build, manage, and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with IT on technology evaluations, pilots, and solution validations
• Act as a subject matter expert for innovation initiatives, identifying process gaps and driving the adoption of improved methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in Project Management or equivalent team leadership role
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with familiarity in insurance operations preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across management levels
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification preferred but not required
• Experience in managing complex projects within the insurance industry
