Technical Operations Specialist

We are looking for an operations coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in a tech related position or field. You must have working knowledge of computers and comfortable with technical terms. If you are a tech enthusiast, this is the position for you. Please note you will have to take and pass an technical operations assessment to continue in the hiring process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work out of mid-town office with great team and report to Operations Manager
• Answer phones, create service tickets, and dispatch to appropriate party.
• Scheduling of onsites for technicians.
• Assist in scheduling of internal meetings and various operations tasks.
• Get up to speed with a 2 week in house orientation. Learning the ins and outs of our clients and the DeepTech way to ensure you are set up for success.
• Your day-to-day requires strong customer service skills as well as excellent organization and documentation
• Maintain and manage schedules for team of service desk technicians.
• Participate in monthly operations department meetings
• Participate in monthly full staff meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must be proficient with the following:

Have a basic understanding of technical concepts and relate to non-technical users with approachability and empathy.

Office 365

Calendar management

Empathetic and inquisitive approach to customers

Adept at learning new software

Ability to multi-task and remain situationally aware

Experience working in the tech industry, whether retail or B2B.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency and understanding of priorities
