Now Hiring: Commercial Project Manager - American Tree Solutions

American Tree Solutions is looking for a motivated Commercial Project Manager focused on finding, securing, and managing commercial tree service contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Seek out new commercial opportunities with HOAs, apartments, retail centers, municipalities, and property managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Conduct on-site evaluations and understand client needs
• Create and present bids, proposals and pricing
• Close deals and bring in new commercial accounts
• Oversee project coordination with field crew once work is approved
• Ensure strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout each project

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial sales, business development, or project management (tree service, landscaping, or construction preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and networking skills
• Self-driven, organized, and professional in appearance and behavior
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
