Position Overview

As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity. You'll provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with spinal cord injuries and other physical challenges — truly becoming part of their support system.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals tailored to client preferences
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes in condition
• Observe, document, and report health or behavioral changes
• Encourage independence while supporting comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment through light housekeeping
• Engage clients in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
• Transport clients to appointments, therapies, or community outings as needed

Qualifications

• Previous home care or community care experience preferred (but not required — we train the right person)
• Experience with disabilities or mobility support is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• A genuine commitment to providing excellent, client-centered care
