Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Administrative Assistant to join the Assisted Living team This position will perform daily administrative tasks and projects as well as overall support functions to support the operational goals of the departments while using a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:

Shift: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Assisted Living department managers
  • Offer an exceptional level of customer service when assisting Laurel Parc residents, family and staff
  • Answer high volume multi-line phone system
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident and staff information
  • Receptive, kind, warm & friendly attitude is required
  • Must be able to foster a teamwork inspired attitude in all areas
  • Other supervisory duties as instructed by management
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and families regarding billing inquiries and other administrative questions.
  • Update clinical forms and perform audits and reports as needed by clinical team.
  • Greeting and help any outside provider with finding resident room and showing the person how to document their visit using our OP binder.
  • Keep up to date the service plan calendar for clinical team to follow.
  • Communicate with families each month using the SP calendar to schedule care conference meetings. Coordinate with RCC outlook calendar.
  • Assist the clinical team with administrative details like transportation schedule- print and post each day.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience managing a high volume front desk (Required)
  • Must be highly organized with attention to detail
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Ability to handle constant disruptions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and positive attitude – a receptive, kind, warm & friendly attitude is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
