Dispatch Coordinator – The Voice of Sandoval Services

Calm the Chaos. Serve with Heart. Work with Precision.

At Sandoval Services, our dispatchers don't just answer phones — they set the tone for the entire company.

You are the first voice our customers hear on some of the hardest days of their lives. We emphasize customer experience more than most companies, and it starts with you.

We're seeking a motivated, self-starting, detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator who can think clearly under pressure, communicate with confidence and kindness, and take ownership of doing things right — not fast and sloppy.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask without losing quality, and stays pleasant and professional even when things get intense.

We do things the Sandoval Way:
Top-tier customer experience.
Thorough work.
Zero shortcuts.
Servant leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from customers requesting towing, roadside assistance, snow plowing, salting, or mobile mechanic services.
  • Calm customers, gather accurate information, and set clear expectations.
  • Present quotes clearly and articulate value so calls convert into jobs.
  • Dispatch service jobs to appropriate department: Tow Truck Operators, Roadside Assistance Technicians, Snow Plow Truck Operators, Salt Truck Technician, and Mobile Mechanic Technicians.
  • Monitor vehicle and technician locations and job progress to ensure fast, on-time service. Staying present with the drivers and assisting help as much as you can.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers and techs, giving detailed instructions and updates.
  • Document every call, job, and update accurately in the dispatch system.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the team to prioritize jobs based on urgency and conditions.

Why This Role Is Different

  • You set the tone. Your voice represents the entire company.
  • Customer experience is king. How people feel matters just as much as what gets done.
  • Details matter. Your documentation protects drivers, customers, and business.
  • No shortcut culture. Fast does not mean sloppy.
  • Growth is earned. Excellence gets noticed without begging for raises or titles.

Who This Role Is For

  • Stays calm when phones are ringing nonstop.
  • Can multitask without losing accuracy.
  • Speaks clearly, kindly, and confidently.
  • Takes pride in being thorough.
  • Remains positive when things get busy.
  • Wants to grow in character and skill through hard work.
  • Is coachable and open to feedback.
  • Takes radical ownership of their work.

This is also a great role for young, sharp, hungry learners who want to build real skills in communication, sales, and operations.

Who This Role Is NOT For

  • Gets flustered or emotional under pressure.
  • Takes shortcuts with documentation.
  • Says "good enough."
  • Deflects responsibility.
  • Pouts, shuts down, or throws tantrums when stressed.
  • Only works hard when being watched.

What We're Looking For

  • Call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dispatch, routing, or CRM systems is a plus.
