Position Overview

We're hiring high-drive Roofing Sales Representatives to join our field team. This is a performance-driven, grit-based role for people who are:

You'll talk with homeowners, offer free inspections, identify damage, assist with claims, and generate sales opportunities.

No roofing experience needed — we train you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach
• Start conversations & build rapport quickly
• Offer free roof inspections & identify potential damage
• Assist homeowners with claims and next steps
• Track leads & follow a proven sales process
• Represent Pro-Roofing + Restoration professionally

You Will Be Trained In:

• Door-to-door sales strategy
• Roofing inspection process
• Claims assistance
• Lead generation & tracking
• Customer conversion script
• Effective homeowner communication
