Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing repairs across various systems. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Implement electrical repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), wiring, switches, and circuit boards.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize operational disruptions.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with proven hands-on experience
• Electrical experience including troubleshooting with schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLCs is essential.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record-keeping.
• Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools confidently.
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
