Your Responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for territory sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in B2B or retail sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Utilize Glass Doctor's literature, brochures, or flyers when appropriate.
