GNB Global Inc. is a rapidly growing manufacturing and construction services company specializing in engineered fabric-tensioned steel-framed buildings. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our manufacturing facility and active construction sites based out of Rhome, TX.
This role is ideal for someone who is boots-on-the-ground, takes ownership of safety programs, and helps foster a strong safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs for manufacturing and construction environments
- Conduct regular jobsite and facility safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead and coordinate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents; complete reports and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training logs, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe work plans and job hazard analyses (JHAs) are in place
- Monitor and manage PPE usage and overall jobsite safety compliance
- Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and safety-related inquiries
- Actively participate in and support the Safety Committee
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of safety management experience within manufacturing and/or construction
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHST, OSHA 30, and/or OSHA 510
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage employees at all levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 25%
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens and a background check
- Must possess a clear, valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
- Combination of work in a manufacturing facility and visits to active construction sites
- Exposure to machinery, loud noise, dust, weather conditions, and industrial materials
- Must be able to wear required PPE and stand or walk for extended periods
