Midas Media is a results-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through strategy, storytelling, and performance. We're entering a high-growth phase and are hiring a Marketing Director
who will shape our direction from day one — and step into leadership as the company scales.

What You'll Do (Early Stage)

Own growth + revenue strategy while helping build the foundation.

• Lead client acquisition & new business development
• Be hands-on with outreach, pitching, and closing
• Develop go-to-market strategy, offers, and pricing
• Build repeatable systems for lead gen, sales, and marketing ops
• Track KPIs and report on performance directly to ownership

What You'll Do (Growth Phase)

Transition to strategic leadership as a dedicated sales team is added.

• Shift from direct selling into marketing & brand leadership
• Oversee marketing strategy across all channels & client verticals
• Lead & mentor internal team members, contractors, and creatives
• Improve processes, quality standards, brand positioning, and messaging
• Guide long-term growth strategy & agency expansion initiatives

Who You Are

• Experienced in
  marketing, agency work, growth, or revenue leadership
• Comfortable driving sales now
  , but want to move into leadership later
• Strategic thinker with execution skills — you can build and iterate
• Entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive in ownership and autonomy
• Strong communicator & relationship builder
