Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary

We're looking for a compassionate and detail‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical office team. In this role, you'll support providers, deliver high‑quality patient care, and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories

• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments

• Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider

• Perform basic laboratory tests, collect specimens, and complete point‑of‑care testing

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and follow‑up care

• Support front‑office tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient communication

• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with sa

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
