The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in leading the team with training, opening, closing, exceptional customer service and other managerial duties on the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the site manager in ensuring that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process
  • Ability to learn and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with training.
  • Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations
  • Engage customers and sell products and services
  • Presents a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional image to customers
  • The Assistant Manager should be able to deal with conflict resolution calmly and demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills
  • Hiring, Training and development of team members
  • General knowledge of tools to perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
  • Maintain all aspects of the property are in clean and working order

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a leadership or management role. Prior Car Wash experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions (both hot and cold)
  • Regular physical mobility including standing for long periods of time, reaching, grabbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds in weight
