About The Role
The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined mission critical and infrastructure construction project solutions for commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading mission critical infrastructure projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Typical projects are large commercial HVAC replacements, Electrical projects including Uninterruptable Power Supply replacement projects, and other industrial office support projects. The selected candidate will be required to work a hybrid schedule in Phoenix AZ.

What You'll Do

• Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects related to new infrastructure, cooling towers, chillers, roofing replacements, MEP, HVAC, and electrical.
• Knowledge of how building infrastructure works and ability to think critically when issues arise.
• Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule.
• Apply CBRE and client standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Lead construction and renovation projects and ensure detailed staff understand and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
