Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Sales Assistant to support the Company Director in managing sales initiatives, retail marketplace opportunities, and product presentations. This role is ideal for someone with OPE industry knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to research and coordinate across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, collections, and site content (banners, pages).
- Product & Inventory: Maintain accurate SKU/inventory levels, coordinate purchasing, manage product lifecycles, and set up promotions/discounts.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize product discovery (search, navigation), conversion funnels, and site speed; support A/B testing.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Implement marketing initiatives, set up email automations, and ensure product readiness for campaigns.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, inventory) using Shopify analytics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, product, and logistics teams for smooth launches and updates.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot platform issues, manage app integrations, and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with the Shopify admin, themes, and apps.
- Understanding of e-commerce principles (SEO, conversion, user experience).
- Data analysis skills (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience with related tools (Klaviyo, inventory systems).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
