Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operator based in Rosharon, TX. The Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, cranes, and specialized equipment. Daily tasks include executing lifting, rigging, and transportation operations, conducting pre-operation equipment checks, and adhering to safety protocols. The Operator will collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are met within specified timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating heavy equipment, including cranes and specialized machinery
• Knowledge of rigging, lifting, and transportation operations
• Familiarity with conducting equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Strong understanding of industry-standard safety practices and protocols
• Team collaboration and effective communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as NCCCO or similar crane operator certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site in Rosharon, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
