Position: Chimney Sweep Assistant Technician Company: Clean Sweep Location: Greater Lehigh Valley Area, PA (based near Allentown) Type: Full-Time Compensation: $21–$25 per hour (depending on experience), plus potential for overtime and performance bonuses

Job Description: Work directly with the owner/operator as a hands-on assistant technician. You'll support chimney sweeping, inspections, cleanings, minor repairs, and installations at residential and commercial job sites throughout the Lehigh Valley. This is an active, outdoor role with variety every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with chimney cleaning, inspections, and basic repairs

• Handle tools, equipment, and materials on job sites

• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional

• Load/unload vehicles and maintain equipment

• Provide friendly customer service during on-site visits

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (ladders and roofs)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions

• Reliable, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn the trade

• Experience in trades, construction, roofing, or HVAC is a plus

• HVAC training (vocational school graduate or similar) is highly valued due to crossover work with heating systems and wood stoves

• Must pass background check
