We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating office activities, and maintaining office supplies.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain financial reports, client records, presentations, and other documents in an organized filing system (both physical and digital).
- Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining client relationships by scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring clients' needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
- Office Operations: Assist in managing the office environment, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
