We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Coordinator to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
- Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of project objectives.
- Lead public speaking engagements, presentations, and workshops to promote organizational initiatives and foster community involvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee data collection efforts to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to increase visibility of programs and initiatives through various channels.
- Handle administrative tasks related to program planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members or volunteers as needed for various projects.
- Teach or facilitate training sessions or workshops to enhance stakeholder engagement skills within the organization or community.

- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong public speaking skills with confidence in engaging audiences of varying sizes.
- Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote programs and organizational visibility.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to assess program impact.
- Solid administrative experience supporting program coordination and documentation processes.
- Recruiting experience for attracting suitable candidates or volunteers for various roles.
- Teaching or training experience that enhances stakeholder engagement or organizational development.
