Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a top-tier, multi-disciplinary Designer who can excel across box art design, print design, web design, and Shopify editing as well as A+ Ecommerce content.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years or more of professional experience who can take ownership of a wide range of design projects in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

You'll be responsible for producing visually stunning, brand-accurate designs that elevate our product presentation both online and at retail.

What You'll Do

• Box Art & Packaging Design

◦ Create retail-ready packaging, box art, inserts, manuals, labels, and print-ready

production files.

◦ Work directly with manufacturing teams to prepare accurate die lines and ensure

flawless printing.

• Print Design

◦ Design brochures, manuals, POP displays, trade show graphics, signage, flyers,

catalogs, and sell sheets.

• Web & Digital Design

◦ Create web graphics, homepage hero images, product page layouts, landing pages,

and digital ads.

◦ Conceptualize and execute A+ content for e-commerce PDPs that drive clicks and

sales.

◦ Perform Shopify website edits including layout improvements, content updates,

product visuals, and brand enhancements.

• Brand Consistency

◦ Maintain and elevate the creative direction across all SCS brands.

◦ Ensure every design meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and

conversion.

• Creative Collaboration

◦ Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and

leadership.

◦ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of professional design experience (consumer products, e-commerce,

or agency experience preferred).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of packaging design, die lines, and print production processes.

• Proven experience designing and updating Shopify websites.

• Exceptional skills in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently, take feedback well, and produce top-quality design

quickly.

• A portfolio demonstrating box art, print, and digital/web design work.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)

• Experience with Figma or UI/UX design

• Experience with product rendering or 3D visualization

• Knowledge of e-commerce design best practices

• Photo editing, retouching, or basic video/motion graphics

• Experience working with big-box retailers or consumer packaged products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
