This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a technical team critical in providing compute sanitization for the Neuron ML accelerators fleet at Annapurna Labs, part of AWS. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring hardware reliability and collaborate with various teams to proactively identify and address potential issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the Compute Sanitization team.

• Work closely with the hardware and firmware design teams.

• Collect requirements from various other teams including training, inference, and runtime.

• Collaborate with the runtime team to ensure timely release of pre-check tools.

• Anticipate future needs based on the product roadmap and develop necessary tools to sanitize compute.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of engineering experience.

• Experience leading technical teams.

• Strong understanding of hardware and software interactions.

• Ability to work with Machine Learning (ML) accelerators like Neuron.

• Proficiency in developing tools for compute sanitization.
