• Provide expert guidance on management consulting projects, including organizational restructuring and workflow optimization
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Monitor project progress, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to optimize success

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, or related fields
• Strong expertise in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and research techniques
