Responsibilities:

• General Ledger (GL) Posting:
  Ensure accurate posting of journal entries to the general ledger.
• Month-End Close:
  Assist in the preparation of month-end financial closing processes, ensuring everything is reconciled.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare basic reports and assist with financial documentation.
• Other Accounting Support:
  Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and assist with audit preparations if necessary.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with other departments, ensuring smooth processing of accounting records and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Experience:
  2-3 years of experience with general ledger posting, financial close, and accounting tasks.
• Software Knowledge:
  Experience with accounting software such as
  Sage
  ,
  QuickBooks
  , or similar platforms.
• Industry Experience:
  Experience in the service industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Temp-to-Hire Status:
  Must be open to a temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent hire after a probationary period.
