Role Overview

OneHealth is seeking a proactive and detail driven Marketing Coordinator to join our in office team in Old Bridge New Jersey. This is a high ownership role responsible for driving the coordination execution and follow through of marketing projects and campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external marketing vendors ensuring all deliverables are completed on time within scope and aligned to brand standards.

This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline oriented and confident managing multiple priorities at once with a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Coordinator you will take ownership of projects timelines and execution across the marketing function. Your key responsibilities include:

Marketing Project Management

  • Own the end to end coordination of marketing projects and campaigns from planning through delivery
  • Develop and manage project timelines ensuring accountability across team members and vendors
  • Track all deliverables due dates and production schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Serve as the liaison between OneHealth and our external marketing vendors (designers, social media professionals, digital media agencies, etc.)
  • Ensure creative and technical work is completed to spec, reviewed thoroughly, and meets brand and compliance guidelines
  • Monitor vendor progress, communicate timelines, and escalate issues as needed to ensure projects stay on track
  • Work with company leadership to ensure final products meet expectations

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing materials including flyers, digital ads, sales enablement tools, and landing pages
  • Assist with campaign rollout and monitor performance data to support optimization and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Leadership to align messaging and materials with business objectives

Brand & Quality Control

  • Review all materials for accuracy, grammar, brand consistency, and compliance before release
  • Maintain organized folders and files of all creative assets and ensure the marketing library is current and accessible

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in marketing coordination
  • Three or more years of experience in project management
  • Experience working with vendors or agencies and managing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office Figma and project management tools such as Monday or Asana
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in health insurance with a preferred focus on group benefits is preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and track communications
  • Clear professional communicator with the confidence to lead vendor or client conversations
  • Strong email organization and structured communication habits
  • Software and platform adeptness with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and habit of checking work before completion
  • Consistent focus on brand quality and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 to $82,000 annually based on experience
  • Annual performance based bonuses
