Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general information
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Fluency in English and (Bilingual) (Spanish)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is preferred
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and solve problems

Requirements:
