Service Porter

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent guest services and ensuring smooth operations at our dealership. The Service Porter will assist with vehicle movement, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Prior experience in hospitality, dealership operations, or delivery driving is a plus, along with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with vehicle parking are advantageous to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures
• Drive vehicles safely within dealership premises
• Assist service technicians by moving vehicles to designated service bays or lot locations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
• Handle vehicle keys, paperwork, and cash handling when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot and service area
• Support delivery drivers with vehicle transport as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and guest requests
• Assist with cashiering duties, including retail math calculations for parts or accessories sales

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience preferred
• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Ability to operate vehicles safely within dealership grounds
• Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
• Previous experience as a delivery driver, cashiering, or retail math knowledge is advantageous
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
