Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN will support patient health and well-being by delivering direct care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including taking vital signs, providing wound care, and assisting with personal hygiene
• Administer prescribed medications and injections in accordance with established protocols
• Observe patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN or physician
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory testing as required
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing within the state of practice
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $ $48.00 per hour
