Position: HVAC Sales Team Leader

Location: Greensboro Area ( Brown Summit)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 + Generous Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company standards in culture, reliability, and honesty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
• Report opportunities for improving HVAC systems accurately and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
• Experienced HVAC Tech candidates are welcome; we provide on-the-job training for leadership.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Motivated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
