Job Opportunity: Sales Team Member

What You'll Do:

• Guide Customers: Help adventure seekers choose the perfect motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, or side-by-side that matches their passion and needs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer has a positive experience, from the moment they walk through the door to after the sale.
• Become a Product Expert: Master our lineup of products, understanding features, benefits, and the unique thrill each one offers.
• Drive Sales: Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work with your team to streamline processes, support one another, and foster a fun, motivating work environment.
• Handle Sales Transactions: Manage administrative duties like processing sales and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Seek Personal Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for development and career advancement within the company.

• Passionate about motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.
• Outgoing & Friendly, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Motivated & Energetic: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-Oriented: You stay organized, even when things get busy.
• Flexible: Willing to work Saturdays and jump in wherever you're needed.
• Sales Experience? Awesome, but not required. If you're the right fit, we're happy to train you.
