Our mission is to introduce high-quality, innovative tea beverages through unique {RARE} brewing technologies. Quality is the heart of our business. We use locally sourced fresh fruits and source our teas directly from the world's best tea farmers.

All our beverages are made with the best ingredients. We use real Cane Sugar, in house fruit jams/ purees, and Organic milk.

We have a strong team working to fulfill our mission and we are looking for team leaders to add to our Sugar Land location. Training will be provided. Bubble tea making experience is not required but preferred. Job pay includes base salary and tips.

Ideal candidates are expected to exhibit a positive attitude and spread good vibes. He/she must be passionate about the food/beverage industry and enjoy working with people. Our bobaristas will play a key role to provide excellent customer service along with high quality food and beverage. Looking For:

• Friendly, passion, positive personality with excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and proactive team player
• People who can work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors
• Open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
• Previous barista experience is not required, but a plus. Hands-on training will be provided.
• Food Handler's Certification

Responsibilities:

• Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
• Working register and greeting customers
• Following verbal & written instructions to maintain drink quality and consistency
• Complying consistently with standard portion sizes
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Restocking teas, toppings, utensils, and other needed items
• Prepping ingredients as needed
• Assisting other team members as needed
• Opening and closing duties including cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
• Follow food and safety guidelines
• Complete housekeeping tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dishes, deep cleaning of equipment, and taking out refuse.

Key requirements:

• Availability to work weekends
• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 40lb on an occasional basis
• Ability to properly count cash and coin to guest while on register
