Help Wanted: Marine Electronics Salesperson (Full Time) BOE Marine, a leading name in marine electronics and outfitting, is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Salesperson to join our team full-time. If you have a passion for boating technology, excellent people skills, and a proven ability to sell, we want to hear from you.

This a great position for a very experienced marine electronics tech looking to boost your income and get out of the bilge.

Position Details:

• Status: Full Time
• Compensation: Small base salary plus commission (historically $70,000–$130,000+ annually)
• Benefits: Health insurance included

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell marine electronics and related equipment to customers in-store, online, and by phone
• Provide expert product advice and technical support
• Manage multiple customer inquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously
• Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of marine electronics (navigation, communication, fishfinders, radar, etc.)
• Strong computer skills (familiarity with inventory, CRM, and point-of-sale systems)
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
