ABOUT THE ROLE

Willow Creek Memory Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide hands-on care and support to residents living in our memory care community. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, team-oriented, and takes pride in providing dignified, person-centered care to seniors in our community.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where resident safety, comfort, and quality of life are top priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Provide safe transfers, ambulation assistance, and fall-prevention support
• Promote social engagement and participation in activities while maintaining resident dignity and safety
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition
• Accurately complete daily care documentation per Title 22 and facility standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection-control procedures
• Work collaboratively with med techs, supervisors, and the care team
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and respect at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (memory care or assisted living a plus)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work assigned shifts (AM, PM, or NOC), including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Must pass background clearance prior to employment
