In this energetic position, you'll operate a variety of machinery and construction equipment to support vegetation clearing, trimming, and land management projects. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and with precision, contributing to the health and safety of communities and natural spaces alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• May operate heavy equipment such as track loaders and excavators to perform vegetation removal and land clearing tasks.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to maintain lawns.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, sharpening blades, and performing minor repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Follow detailed project plans and safety protocols during all operations to minimize risks and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with team members to execute c site activities efficiently while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with site preparation, and debris removal.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance records, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in groundskeeping techniques with a strong understanding of lawn care practices.
• Experience with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
