Medical Assistant/Receptionist

HAD Hydration is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our growing IV Infusion Clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a wellness-focused environment, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

About the Role

As a Medical Assistant at HAD Hydration, you'll be a key part of our client experience—from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their treatment. You'll support daily clinic operations, assist our infusion nurse, and help ensure each client receives safe, efficient, and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Take, document, and monitor vital signs
• Administer IM and SQ injections
• Assist the infusion nurse as needed during treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinic flow
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and patient care skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed

Preferred (but not required):

• Current BLS certification
• Previous clinic or medical office experience

Schedule

• 20–35 hours per week
• Wednesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Occasional special events as needed

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
