Summary: The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting weekly inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood. Inspection Coordinator will work closely with the Community Manager and Associate Community Manager to manage the deed restriction enforcement process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn each community's covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
Conduct drive through inspections documenting and recording new violations and update the status/sequence of existing violations
Take photographs of any violation attach to the homeowner's record.
Monitor and document architectural improvements and ensure home is in compliance with their architectural submissions/guidelines
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
Possess a reliable vehicle
Customer service experience
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to work independently, and also in a team environment
Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic devices such as iPad
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
