Position: Full-Time Maintenance Assistant

Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday)

Requirement: On-call rotation every other week

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems effectively.
• Perform repairs and conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure satisfactory operations.
• Apply technical knowledge of electrical systems, as well as heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Maintain Safety: Follow all established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• On-Call Duty: Participate in the on-call rotation every other week.
• Collaborate: Complete other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative group.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience: Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
